Important Information

Greetings 2008 seniors,

Wristbands,
Wristbands will be handed on out Tuesday May 20th from 12-6 and Wednesday May 21st from 11-2 in Crossroads. They will be put on your wrist at that time and must stay on throughout senior week. Do not try to remove your wristband because we are not replacing any lost wristbands. This is your ticket into ALL events and you must have them on to use the buses.

Buses,
Busing will be provided for all off-campus events. Once again, ONLY STUDENTS WHO HAVE WRISTBANDS WILL BE ALLOWED TO USE THE BUSES. We STRONGLY suggest that you arrive 10 minutes early to the buses. When loading the buses we ask that you are patient and do not push the line as security will be counting the number of students that get on every bus. If you miss the bus, you are responsible for finding your own way home and will not be reimbursed for those expenses.

Behavior,
Come on everyone, Senior Week is dedicated to providing fun activities for the seniors. With this in mind, we ask that you be respectful of other seniors trying to enjoy the week. Any fighting or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. This is suppose to be a fun last week for all of us, so lets just have the time of our life.

Security,
There are students who are volunteering to be security for the week. They are there for your safety. They are not being paid; they are doing this so that seniors can enjoy their week so please, RESPECT them. They are going to keep you safe and make sure everyone gets on the buses to events and back home to Olaf. They will know the schedule for each day’s events so if you have any questions, just ask them and they will help you out. ANY disrespect toward them will NOT be tolerated.

Alcohol,
Finally, as most of you know, many of the events planned do have alcohol available to students. This does not change the on campus policy. Also, we ask that you enjoy yourself to a reasonable level. We will make sure that you are safe and enjoying yourself, but you still need to control your own drinking. Be smart, be safe and I’m sure we will all have a great week.

Thanks,

Senior Week Committee
